It is the only fast and easy way to measure the Light Reflectance Values of materials, text or objects in seconds, accurately. Contrast is the difference between the LRV of adjacent surfaces and is entered into the App to check on visibility for vision impaired people.
The meter also measures the colour of most flat, matt surfaces and gives references for paint, RAL system and the BS 4800 paint colour palette. It is a robust, affordable and valuable tool for designers, architects, access and building professionals.
